常见问题
Is my date uploaded anywhere?
No. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The dates you enter are not sent to a server, stored in an account or shared with anyone.
Is the date calculator free?
Yes. It is free to use with no sign-up, no download and no limit on how many dates you calculate.
How does it handle months with different lengths?
Years and months use calendar arithmetic. If the target month does not have the same day number, the result lands on that month's last valid day. For example, January 31 plus one month becomes February 28 in a common year.
Can I subtract days from a date?
Yes. Choose Subtract, enter the number of years, months, weeks or days, and the tool calculates the earlier date instantly.
Are weeks the same as seven days?
Yes. After the calendar month and year step, each week is counted as exactly seven calendar days. Daylight-saving time changes do not change the result.
What is the ISO date shown for?
The ISO date is the same result in YYYY-MM-DD format. It is useful for spreadsheets, databases, forms and any workflow that needs an unambiguous date.
Does this count business days or holidays?
No. This page adds or subtracts calendar time. Use the business days calculator when weekends and holidays should be excluded.
