A useful line break is more than visual spacing: it turns one dense value into records another tool can understand. Split comma-separated names before pasting them into a spreadsheet, place one sentence per line for review, or wrap long copy into predictable word groups. The separator is treated as literal text, not a regular expression, so characters such as |, . and * work exactly as typed.
Choose Keep separator when punctuation still belongs in the result, such as a semicolon at the end of each item. Leave Trim each line enabled to remove padding around the new boundaries. Your text is processed locally and is never uploaded.
