Extra spacing often appears after copying text from a PDF, document, email, spreadsheet or web page. The tool turns runs of ordinary spaces, tabs and Unicode spacing characters into one normal space. It works line by line, so a paragraph stays a paragraph instead of becoming one long block.
Leave Trim line edges on to remove invisible padding at the start and end of each line. Turn on Remove blank lines only when you want a compact list or data column. The original text remains in the input panel so you can compare it with the live output before copying.
