Yes. You can create and download a booklet PDF without an account, payment, watermark, or daily credit. The work uses your device, so a long or graphics-heavy document may take more time on a phone than on a desktop computer.
You can open one unencrypted PDF up to 100 MB and 500 pages. The limit protects browser memory. A very thick single folded signature is hard to bind neatly, so consider splitting a long document into smaller signatures even when it is under the technical limit.
Every folded sheet contributes four reading pages: two on the front and two on the back. If the source page count is not divisible by four, the tool adds one to three blank pages at the end. The preview and result summary state the exact count.
Print the generated PDF double-sided at actual size or 100 percent scale, and choose flip on short edge for the landscape sheets. Do not enable another booklet or multiple-pages-per-sheet option in the print dialog because the PDF has already been imposed.
No deliberate rasterization is applied. Source pages are embedded into a new PDF and scaled proportionally to fit half a sheet, so text and vector artwork stay sharp in compatible viewers. A source page may print smaller, but none of its edges are cropped.
