Yes. Pick one target such as A4 or US Letter and every output page gets that format. This is useful for PDFs assembled from scans or files with different page dimensions. Choose Match each source page only if you want portrait and landscape orientations to remain mixed.
Fit keeps all content visible and may add blank space. Fill keeps the original proportions but crops content at opposite edges. Stretch uses the full target page without cropping, but different horizontal and vertical scale factors can make text and graphics look distorted.
Not necessarily. Resizing changes page dimensions and how content is placed, not the resolution of embedded images. The output may be slightly larger or smaller because its PDF structure is rebuilt, but use a PDF compressor when reducing bytes is the main goal.
Do not rely on interactive annotations surviving. The tool places each source page as reusable PDF content so text and vectors remain sharp, but links, comments, form fields and similar annotations may not carry into the resized copy. Flatten or review interactive documents first.
